At Grounded Coffee Co., we’re all about good vibes and even better coffee. We put a lot of love into every roast and want you to be 100% happy with your experience. We are a small business and your happiness means the world to us. That said, because coffee is a perishable product, we aren’t able to accept returns on coffee products—but we’re always here to make it right if something’s off.

No Returns on Coffee

All coffee purchases are final.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or unopened coffee due to food safety regulations.

Something wrong with your order?

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if there’s a quality issue, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery by email with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo if applicable

We’ll review your message and do our best to offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

Non-Coffee Products

For merchandise (like mugs, apparel, etc.):

  • Returns/exchanges may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear back on your original payment method.
